We identify each Vendor-Partner so that our Broker-Partners will know with whom to interact to obtain information or report service problems.
Interactions will be free of reprisals and must be conducted in a professional manner.
Moreover, we expect and require that Client-Partners subscribe to the same commitment of timely response in recognition of the time-sensitivity of real estate sales. No partner-class and no one is exempt!

As we gain new business and additional broker, client and vendor partners we will periodically update our website with specific names and contact information. In particular, everyone in our extended matrix of service and process will know the next level of management for escalation.
This matrix applies equally to Paradigm. As an example, as a broker have you ever wondered why it takes
so long to get an answer from your Asset Manager? And failing in a response, gone to another
level and been threatened with reprisals?
Be it known that such a reaction by a Paradigm Asset Manager is grounds for termination.
And, like Harry Truman, we believe “the bucks stops here!” We are accountable!
